Boehmite has good heat resistance and low hardness. This article studied the effects of the heat resistance and lfame retardant features of boehmite and aluminum hydroxide applications in CCL, and studied the effects of different loading content of boehmite to the CCL’s peel strength, water absorption, CTE and dielectric properties.
