只有客观的地质资料才能起到进一步指导勘查、采矿和深入研究的作用。造成地质资料不客观的原因主要有:专业知识欠缺导致的认识错误;设备、环境条件及技能水平限制导致的测试差错;原始地质资料不全面,对矿床地质规律研究欠深入,以及死套规范等导致的人为规律化偏差;名利驱使、惰性、体制性弊端、规范执行僵化等导致的人为造假等。要保证地质资料的客观性:一要自强,即必须不断提高地质队自身素质;二要自律,即地质单位要严格质量检查和责任追究制度;三要指导,即地质矿产勘查规范化;四要监督,也是重点,即要建立有效的监督机制、对不符合实际情况的地质矿产勘查规范内容进行清理、注意关键环节、对监督检查中发现的问题及时纠正。

It’s the objective geological data that can play the role of guiding the exploration, mining and intense research. This paper argues that the reasons behind the non-objective geological data lie in the fact that:the fault in thinking resulted from the lack of the specialized knowledge; testing errors were due to equipment, environmental condition, and limited skill level; incomplete original geological data, the insufficient research on geological regularity of ore deposit, and following the standard mechanically led to artiifcial regularization deviation;driven by money and fame, inertia, institutional defects and rigid regulation caused artiifcial forgery. This paper points out that in order to ensure the objectivity of geological data we must constantly improve the quality of geological team. Geological units should strictly enforce quality inspection and accountability system. And geology and mineral resources exploration must be standardized. The last and the most important is to establish an effective supervision mechanism, sort out standard content of geological and mineral exploration which is not in line with the fact, pay attention to key links and promptly correct the issues found in supervision and inspection.
