    采用RT-PCR方法克隆流行性造血器官坏死病病毒CH-1株MCP蛋白基因编码区，进而将膜外区编码基因片段，克隆于pET-32a，重组质粒pET-32a-MCP转化ROSETTA（DE3），经1.0 mmol/L IPTG 诱导，外源基因获得高效表达。通过Western-blot试验证明表达产物具有良好的反应原性。

    A DNA fragment,encoding the MCP protein of Epizootic haematopoietic necrosis virus CH-1 strainwas amplified by RT-PCR. The MCP gene was cloned into pET-32a.The recombinant protein was expressed in very high level after the pET-32a-MCP plasmid was transformed into Rosetta (DE3) by induction with 1.0 mmol/LIPTG. The reac-tionogenicity of the expressed product was demonstrated by Western-blot.
