目的观察并研究护理干预对于鼻咽癌调强放疗后皮肤反应的影响。方法选取新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院放疗科2011年7月-2013年1月收治鼻咽癌初治患者并行适形调强放疗86例，采用随机法分为对照组（43例）和护理干预组（43例）。对照组采用传统护理模式进行放射野皮肤的护理，护理干预组在传统护理模式基础上对放射野皮肤采取护理干预模式进行护理。结果护理干预组患者放疗后皮肤反应发生程度明显低于对照组（P ＜0．001），放疗后因皮肤损伤而导致治疗中断的百分率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论针对性护理干预模式减轻了鼻咽癌调强放疗后皮肤反应的发生程度，保证了患者的治疗效果，方法简单易行，值得临床推广应用。
목적관찰병연구호리간예대우비인암조강방료후피부반응적영향。방법선취신강의과대학부속종류의원방료과2011년7월-2013년1월수치비인암초치환자병행괄형조강방료86례，채용수궤법분위대조조（43례）화호리간예조（43례）。대조조채용전통호리모식진행방사야피부적호리，호리간예조재전통호리모식기출상대방사야피부채취호리간예모식진행호리。결과호리간예조환자방료후피부반응발생정도명현저우대조조（P ＜0．001），방료후인피부손상이도치치료중단적백분솔명현저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론침대성호리간예모식감경료비인암조강방료후피부반응적발생정도，보증료환자적치료효과，방법간단역행，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To research on the nursing intervention reduse cutaneous reaction after intensity modulated radiation therapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma .Methods 86 patients with naso-pharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) were divided into control group and nursing intervention group ,and suffered intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) ,each group had 43 patients .Results The traditional nurs-ing mode was used in control group ,but the nursing intervention mode was added significant lower in nursing intervention group (P <0 .001) ,the treatment interruption percentage caused by skin injury after radiation was also significant lower in nursing intervention group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The nursing in-tervention could reduce cutaneous reaction after IMRT in NPC ,improving the effect of treatment ,and does not increase financial burden ,it′s worth to popularization and application in clinic .
