目的了解新疆克孜勒苏柯尔克孜自治州阿合奇县2006-2010年新型农村合作医疗实施情况，并提出建议。方法对新疆克孜勒苏柯尔克孜自治州阿合奇县2006-2010年参加新型农村合作医疗及补偿情况有关数据进行描述性研究。结果截止到2010年，阿合奇县参加新型农村合作医疗的农牧民达27163人，参合率为97．5％，筹资金额563．59万元；住院补偿人次5592人，住院补偿金额5182412．84元；门诊补偿人次8271人，门诊补偿金额268229．6元；住院分娩人数482人次，住院分娩金额294200元，县外治疗补偿人次204人，县外治疗补偿金额506037．64元，合计补偿人数14549人，合计金额6250880．08元。结论完善筹资途径、增加出资比例，可提高农民健康保障水平，减轻医疗负担，解决因病致贫、因病返贫问题，参合农民能够享受到安全、便捷、优质、廉价的医疗服务。

Objective Explore the new rural cooperative medical care system implementation in Xinjiang Aheqi County in 2006-2010 ,and puts forward suggestions .Methods In Xinjiang Aheqi County in 2006-2010 to participate in the new rural cooperative medical treatment and compensation of relevant data of descriptive research .Results Until 2010 ,the Aheqi County to participate in the new rural cooperative medical treatment of farmers and herdsmen to 27 163 people ,accounting for 97 .5% ,the financing amount is 563 .59 million yuan , compensating passengers 5 592 people in hospital , hospital compensation of 5 182 412 .84 yuan , outpatient compensation from 8 271 , outpatient compensation amount 268 229 .6 yuan ,the number of hospitalized childbirth 482 person-time ,hospital delivery amount is 294 200 yuan , treatment of compensating passengers outside the county 204 people ,outside the county treatment com-pensation amount is 506 037 .64 yuan ,total compensation number 16 961 ,total amount 6 250 880 .08 yuan .Conclusion Through the improvement of the financing way and the contributive proportion in-crease ,raising farmers′health level ,reduce the medical burden ,solve the problem of poverty due to ill-ness ,Chinese due to illness ,plays an important role .Ginseng to farmers can enjoy safe ,convenient ,high quality and cheap medical services ,constantly improve the accessibility and equity of health services .
