Alzheimer′s disease (AD )%Abnormal Savda syndrome%combination disease model with syn-drome%cholonergic neurotransmitter
目的探讨阿尔茨海默病(A D )异常黑胆质病证结合大鼠模型中枢胆碱能神经递质的改变及维医异常黑胆质证与AD的关系。方法选取雄性SPF级Wistar大鼠,随机分为正常对照组(假手术组)、单纯痴呆组、异常黑胆质证组及AD异常黑胆质病证结合组,测定胆碱乙酰转移酶(ChAT )、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性、乙酰胆碱(Ach)含量并进行比较分析。结果 AD异常黑胆质病证结合组模型的AChE活性增强最明显,与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),ChAT的活性明显减弱,并伴随ACh的含量的明显减少,与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。异常黑胆质证组大鼠模型的ACh含量及ChAT 活性的改变与正常对照组比较,差异有有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论异常黑胆质可损害大鼠中枢胆碱能系统,对病证结合模型的胆碱能神经递质的影响具有叠加和促进作用,证实AD与异常黑胆质证之间具有内在联系。

목적탐토아이자해묵병(A D )이상흑담질병증결합대서모형중추담감능신경체질적개변급유의이상흑담질증여AD적관계。방법선취웅성SPF급Wistar대서,수궤분위정상대조조(가수술조)、단순치태조、이상흑담질증조급AD이상흑담질병증결합조,측정담감을선전이매(ChAT )、을선담감지매(AchE)활성、을선담감(Ach)함량병진행비교분석。결과 AD이상흑담질병증결합조모형적AChE활성증강최명현,여정상대조조비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01),ChAT적활성명현감약,병반수ACh적함량적명현감소,여정상대조조비교,차이유통계학의의(P <0.01)。이상흑담질증조대서모형적ACh함량급ChAT 활성적개변여정상대조조비교,차이유유통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론이상흑담질가손해대서중추담감능계통,대병증결합모형적담감능신경체질적영향구유첩가화촉진작용,증실AD여이상흑담질증지간구유내재련계。
Objective To establish Alzheimer′s disease (AD) rat model with Abnormal Savda Syndrome and measure the central cholinergic neurotransmitter changes to analyze the relationship with AD and Abnor-mal Savda .Methods Multi-complicated induction methods were adopted to establish the rat models with Abnormal Savda Syndrome after AD rats were induced by Aβ(1-40) injection .Acetylcholine(Ach) levels , acetylcholineesterase (AchE) activity ,Choline acetyltransferase (ChAT) activity were assessed in the hip-pocampus .Results The activity of AchE was increased in the AD rat model with Abnormal Savda Syn-drome model ,ChAT activity and Ach levels were decreased (P <0 .01) .The activity of AchE and ChAT were changed in the Abnormal Savda Syndrome model when conpared with normal group (P<0 .01) .Con-clusion Abnormal Savda can damage the cerebral cholonergic neurotransmitter system ,it has a superposi-tion and the promoting effect on cholonergic neurotransmitter system .It is the first time confirmed the in-trinsic relationship between AD and Abnormal Savda .
