目的研究泡状棘球蚴感染大鼠原位肝移植模型的手术技巧及术后并发症的预防与处理。方法 50只BN 大鼠作供体，50只泡状棘球蚴感染的Lewis大鼠为受体，通过“二袖套法”施行大鼠原位肝移植。用改进的二袖套法对大鼠行原位肝移植，移植中门静脉、肝下下腔静脉用袖套法进行吻合，肝上下腔静脉用缝合法吻合，胆道采用支架法进行胆道重建。结果建立大鼠原位肝移植模型共50 例，术中未出现死亡，存活时间最短为5h ，48h 存活率为96％（48/50）。结论只有熟练地掌握手术技巧，细致耐心的操作，最大程度减少各种并发症的发生，才能得到良好的肝移植模型。
목적연구포상극구유감염대서원위간이식모형적수술기교급술후병발증적예방여처리。방법 50지BN 대서작공체，50지포상극구유감염적Lewis대서위수체，통과“이수투법”시행대서원위간이식。용개진적이수투법대대서행원위간이식，이식중문정맥、간하하강정맥용수투법진행문합，간상하강정맥용봉합법문합，담도채용지가법진행담도중건。결과 건립대서원위간이식모형공50 례，술중미출현사망，존활시간최단위5h ，48h 존활솔위96％（48/50）。결론 지유숙련지장악수술기교，세치내심적조작，최대정도감소각충병발증적발생，재능득도량호적간이식모형。
Objicetive To study the technique and complication of orthotopicl liver transplantation in E .m infected rats .Methods Orthotopicl liver transplantation in 50 BN rats that accepted E .m .infected Lewis liver was established by using “two-cuff method” .Totally rats were treated with liver transplantation by improved two-cuff method in the portal vein ,hepatic inferior vena cava under the law in line with cuff ,liv-er superior and inferior vena cava were sutured with suture line .Biliary tract reconstruction was completed in bile duct stent law .Results Orthotopic liver transplantation model was established in 50 rats with no mortality .The eean survival time was 5 h ,the survival rate of post-operation 48 h was 96% .Conclusion Meticulous and skilled surgical technique is the key of successful operation .To operate patiently and care-fully and reduce various complications can get a good rat model of orthotopic liver transplantation .
