国内外的电站锅炉在运行中发生制粉系统和炉膛爆炸的事故的屡见不鲜的,这不仅会造成对外供电的终止、大面积停电和极大影响电网稳定,而且还会造成严重的设备损坏和人员的伤亡。随着火电厂生产成本增高、利润降低,为大幅降低成本,提高经济效益,改烧低质煤或掺配掺烧、使用小油枪或等离子点火等情况,已在各火电厂普遍存在。入炉煤质及燃料的不稳定,对运行调节、锅炉燃烧及制粉系统的安全性具有很大影响,增大了炉膛爆燃及设备损坏的机率。因此,本人据自己现场工作经验针对以上问题,浅析如何从热控专业方面防止炉膛爆燃的发生,降低设备损坏的程度,保证机组的安全稳定运行。

Therefore, I according to his field work experience according to the problems, discuss how to from the thermal control professional prevent the happening of the chamber deflagration, reduce the equipment the extent of the damage, guarantee the safe and stable operation of the unit.
