本文以建行保定中心支行的中央空调系统为例，系统地对燃油直燃机、燃气直燃机及电冷机+蒸汽各系统的运行作了对比分析，同时对电力、天然气的发展应用进行了分析。从中可以看出，燃气中央空调0-100%的负荷调节能力及其先进技术的应用将进一步促进中央空调的发展。

This article take the construction bank Baoding center sub-branch's central air-conditioning system as an example, and has made the contrast analysis on fuel direct-fired machine, gas direct-fired machine and the electricity cold machine+steam system movement systematical y, it also predicted the application of the electric power and the natural gas. the 0-100%load regulation ability of gas-driven central air-conditioning and its advanced technical application further promotes the central air conditioning development.
