自重荷载作用下的简支钢-混组合梁在一次成形和分阶段成形虽然两种状态的结构体系、荷载、边界条件都一致,但是竖向挠度却不相同。本文将对一次成形和分阶段成形和应用无应力状态法分阶段成形的钢-混组合结构进行挠度比较分析,根据分析结果,进而在工厂施工预制阶段将选择无应力状态法(胎膜)使钢-混组合梁分阶段成形的无应力状态量与一次成形结构一致,以保证简支状态的组合梁挠度变形向理想目标(一次成形)状态的位移变形逼近。

Although structural system, loads, boundary conditions of simply supported steel-concrete composite beams which under the conditions of the primary molded and phased molded are the same, but the vertical deflection is not the same under self-weight loads. This article had a comparative analysis of steel-concrete composite structure under the conditions of the primary molded&phased molded and unstres ed state law in phases molded, according to the analysis results, from the prefabricated stage on, unstres ed state length and curvature(membranes) in phases molded of steel-concrete composite beams consistent with the condition of the primary molded which to ensure the simply supported composite beam deflection&deformation approximate with the target state of primary molded.
