太浦河是黄浦江上游重要水源地之一,水生态环境保护至关重要。本文调查分析了太浦河水质、浮游生物、水生植物沿程分布特征,并结合岸边土地利用对河段进行了水生态分区,针对性地提出了水生态环境改善措施,为太浦河综合治理提供依据。因受周边湖荡水质影响,太浦河TP、TN超标较为严重;浮游生物特征显示河段处于中等以上污染程度,存在富营养化现象;调查数据及岸边带土地利用均呈现分区特点。河道滨岸带工业和城镇生活点源排放、湖荡支流带入和航运是水体的主要污染源。除流域内陆上环境综合治理外,可考虑清理沿岸排污企业、严格控制周边污染物排放、恢复岸边植被隔离带、保护及重建水生植物群落等综合措施来改善水生态环境。

As one of the major water sources for the upper reache of the Huangpu River, the Taipu River aquatic environment protection is an essential task. This paper analyzes the survey data on the water quali-ty, the plankton, and the aquatic plants distribution of the Taipu River, gets some information about river ecoregion delineation, and puts forward some aquatic environment improvement measures. The results of the survey show that the Taipu River, which connects with surrounding lakes, has seriously overweight TP and TN, and it is moderately contaminated and eutrophication. With considering the above factors and the land use along watersides, the Taipu River can be delineated into 5 aquatic partitions. Water pollutions come from industrial and municipal point sources,tributaries and ships. The main improvement measures of aquat-ic environment are to control point sources, to restore vegetation along the watersides to filter pollution, and to protect and reconstruct aquatic plants zone.
