目的：对粘连期肩周炎采用阳性点小针刀松解加火罐治疗，观察其改善肩关节功能的临床疗效。方法：选取粘连期肩周炎38例，采用阳性点小针刀松解加火罐治疗，每3天1次，总共3次，第12天观察治疗效果和肩关节功能改善程度。结果：治愈6例，显效24例，有效8例，无效0例，总有效率100％，在改善肩关节功能方面，肩关节功能评分有显著提高，差异有统计学意义。结论：阳性点小针刀治疗能有效改善粘连期肩周炎肩关节功能，疗效确切，值得临床进一步推广应用。

목적：대점련기견주염채용양성점소침도송해가화관치료，관찰기개선견관절공능적림상료효。방법：선취점련기견주염38례，채용양성점소침도송해가화관치료，매3천1차，총공3차，제12천관찰치료효과화견관절공능개선정도。결과：치유6례，현효24례，유효8례，무효0례，총유효솔100％，재개선견관절공능방면，견관절공능평분유현저제고，차이유통계학의의。결론：양성점소침도치료능유효개선점련기견주염견관절공능，료효학절，치득림상진일보추엄응용。
Objective:To observe the clinic effect of A-shi point acupotomy and cupping in treating the remission stage of Periarthritis of shoulder .Methods:Thirty-eight patients suffered from the remission stage of Periarthritis of shoulder were treated with one session of A -shi point acupotomy and cupping every three days , for a total of three sessions .The clinic effects on the 12th day were observed .Re-sults:Six patients were cured , 24 cases showed obvious effective result , 8 cases were effective , and the total effective rate were 100%. There were obvious strengthening on improvement of shoulder motions and shoulder functioning sores , which showed significant statistical differences .Conclusion:The A-shi point acupotomy and cupping therapy can effectively and definitely improve the functions of shoulder in the remission stage of Periarthritis of shoulder which is worth generalizing .
