以传承名医经验、发展中医学术、创新中医理论为目的的“名老中医临床经验、学术思想传承研究”，在国家“十五”攻关计划、“十一五”支撑计划的支持下，已经取得丰硕成果。“十二五”期间，通过研究名老中医独特辨证方法、特色治则治法、特色诊疗技术、特色有效方药的传承方法，研发名老中医学术经验采集与传承应用的国家服务平台，重点解决传承与应用的方法问题，将进一步提升传承效果，促进中医学术与临床发展。
