基于Orbit专利系统数据库,对海洋环境监测仪器技术领域专利的总体发展趋势、全球布局情况、排名前15位创新机构以及关键技术进行了分析,并绘制了专利地图。结果显示美国拥有最多的优先权专利和公开专利,是技术的引领者;日本仅次于美国,但目前专利数量增加缓慢;西欧国家例如法国、德国和英国在部分领域进行了创新性的研究,因此在相关专利方面保持领先;我国与韩国近年来发展迅速,但目前仍然属于技术的追随者。本文旨在为海洋环境监测仪器技术与产业的发展提供依据和参考。
基于Orbit專利繫統數據庫,對海洋環境鑑測儀器技術領域專利的總體髮展趨勢、全毬佈跼情況、排名前15位創新機構以及關鍵技術進行瞭分析,併繪製瞭專利地圖。結果顯示美國擁有最多的優先權專利和公開專利,是技術的引領者;日本僅次于美國,但目前專利數量增加緩慢;西歐國傢例如法國、德國和英國在部分領域進行瞭創新性的研究,因此在相關專利方麵保持領先;我國與韓國近年來髮展迅速,但目前仍然屬于技術的追隨者。本文旨在為海洋環境鑑測儀器技術與產業的髮展提供依據和參攷。

The profile of patents of marine instruments for environmental monitoring is analyzed and studied from aspects of overall devel-opment trends, geographic distributions, top 15 innovative institutes and key technology fields based on Orbit system database, and patent maps are also drawn. It is found that US is a technological leader in this field with the largest number of both publication and priority pa-tents. Japan is next to US, but now the number of patents increases slowly. Western European countries such as France, Germany, and UK have done some innovative researches, and therefore they maintain their leading position with relevant patents. South Korea and China have been developing faster and faster in recent years, but they are still technological followers for the present. The findings in this paper can provide information and references for the development of technologies and industries of marine instruments for environmental monito-ring.
