推行高中课程改革已成为国际教育改革的重要内容。我国自2003年推行高中课程改革以来,已历时十多年,新一轮普通高中课程方案修订工作在即。教师是高中课程改革的关键,为适应当前高中课程改革的综合化、多样化、校本化和国际化等特点,高中教师专业信念、专业知识及专业能力方面需要有所提高,应以培养专家型教师为目标,按人才成长的规律,促进教师的专业发展,以此达到深化课程改革的目标。

The high-school curriculum reform has become an important content of the international educa-tional reform .It is more than 10 years since China ’ s instituting of the reform in 2003 , and now a new round of reform is to be inaugurated in the full-time high school curriculum scheme .Teachers are the most important force in the curriculum reform .In order to be adapted to the comprehensiveness , diversification , school-cen-teredness and internationalization of today ’ s curriculum reform , high-school teachers need to improve their professional belief , knowledge and competence .The professional development of high-school teachers should , therefore , aim at training expert teachers by following the principle of talent training , so as to achieve the goal of deepening the curriculum reform .
