近年来,宁波大学的继续教育在总结既有经验教训的基础上,结合区域经济社会发展环境,采用“以研促建、研建互动”的路径,进行了服务体制、管理规章、人力资源、信息资源、实践资源、理论资源、人才培养体系及品牌培训项目等八个子系统的建设,已基本构建起服务区域经济社会发展的服务型高校继续教育体系,为同类高校探索继续教育发展提供了可借鉴的范式。
近年來,寧波大學的繼續教育在總結既有經驗教訓的基礎上,結閤區域經濟社會髮展環境,採用“以研促建、研建互動”的路徑,進行瞭服務體製、管理規章、人力資源、信息資源、實踐資源、理論資源、人纔培養體繫及品牌培訓項目等八箇子繫統的建設,已基本構建起服務區域經濟社會髮展的服務型高校繼續教育體繫,為同類高校探索繼續教育髮展提供瞭可藉鑒的範式。
근년래,저파대학적계속교육재총결기유경험교훈적기출상,결합구역경제사회발전배경,채용“이연촉건、연건호동”적로경,진행료복무체제、관리규장、인력자원、신식자원、실천자원、이론자원、인재배양체계급품패배훈항목등팔개자계통적건설,이기본구건기복무구역경제사회발전적복무형고교계속교육체계,위동류고교탐색계속교육발전제공료가차감적범식。
By summing up the existing experiences and combining with the regional economic and social development , Ningbo University`s continuing education has employed a way of “research promotes construction , research interacts with construction”in recent years .Eight subsystems have been constructed , namely the service system , management regulation , human resource , information resource , practice resource , theory resource , talent training system and brand training project , and basically the continuing education system in a service -oriented university has been built up to serve the regional economic and social development , and offers a helpful pattern for other colleges and u-niversities to promote continuing education .
