目的：探讨头颈肿瘤与外科治疗对患者生存质量的影响。方法：本次共选择50例头颈肿瘤患者作研究对象，均为我院2012年9月～2013年9月收治，分析不同病变类型及外科治疗方式对生存质量的影响。结果：舌癌PSS～HN平均分明显低于鼻咽癌、喉癌（ P＜0．05），但3种不同部分头颈肿瘤在PACT-H＆N平均分比较上，无明显差异（ P＞0．05）。术前PSS-HN评分267．7分，术后1个月为164．7分，有明显下降（P＜0．05）。术前FACT-H＆N为114．4分，术后1个月为92．6分，有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。术后6个月，喉部分切除术PACT-H＆N评分高于全切术，舌癌直接拉拢缝合高于舌癌前臂游离皮瓣修复，有统计学差异（P＜0．05）。结论：依据头颈肿瘤不同部位、类型，对手术和修复方案进行个体化选择，可显著提高生存质量。
목적：탐토두경종류여외과치료대환자생존질량적영향。방법：본차공선택50례두경종류환자작연구대상，균위아원2012년9월～2013년9월수치，분석불동병변류형급외과치료방식대생존질량적영향。결과：설암PSS～HN평균분명현저우비인암、후암（ P＜0．05），단3충불동부분두경종류재PACT-H＆N평균분비교상，무명현차이（ P＞0．05）。술전PSS-HN평분267．7분，술후1개월위164．7분，유명현하강（P＜0．05）。술전FACT-H＆N위114．4분，술후1개월위92．6분，유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。술후6개월，후부분절제술PACT-H＆N평분고우전절술，설암직접랍롱봉합고우설암전비유리피판수복，유통계학차이（P＜0．05）。결론：의거두경종류불동부위、류형，대수술화수복방안진행개체화선택，가현저제고생존질량。
Objective:To investigate the efficiency of surgical therapy for the patient life .Methods:A total of 50 patients with head and neck cancer were rolled in our hospital ( from 2012.9-2013.9).Different subtype of head and neck cancer patients were treated by sur -gical therapy .Resulst :There was significant low in the PSS -HN score among the patients with tongue cancer compared with the group of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and laryngocarcinoma ( P <0.05).But there was no significantly different among the three subtype cancer in the mean score of PACT-H&N.(P>0.05)In the term of Preoperative ,the PSS-HN score is 267.7,and FACT-H&N score is 114.4, while the score was significantly dropped to 164.7and92.6 in one month after the operation respectively ( P <0.05).After the 6 month of the operation , the PACT-H&N score of the patients partial laryngectomy was higher than the all one;Samely , the the score of direct-ly sutured operation for the tongue cancer was was higher than repair of free forearm flap in tongue cancer .(P<0.05)Conclusion:Ac-cording to the different type and location of the cancer , adapting individualized treatment options can improve the patient life quality signif -icantly.
