目前,地理信息服务已成为地理信息共享的最重要的方式,OGC( Open Geospatial Consortium )网络服务OWS( OGC Web Service)凭借其自身优势被很多空间数据拥有者选作数据共享的手段。地理信息服务质量已成为服务应用能否成功的最为关键的因素之一,然而如何合理地评价地理信息服务则是一个复杂问题。通过随机收集发布在因特网的OWS地址,基于OGC规范特点所开发的监测模型,对所搜集的OWS研究样本进行实时、动态监测其共享数据的可用性、稳定性、响应速度和服务质量等,分析当前共享发布的OGC地理信息服务的质量与应用现状。同时,讨论地理信息服务质量与区域位置之间的相关度。

Geographic information service has become the most important ways in sharing the geographic information nowadays .OGC Web Services (OWS) is selected as the means of data sharing by many spatial data owners by right of its own advantages .Hereinto, the quality of geographic information service has become one of the most crucial factors in whether the application would be successful or not .However , how to evaluate the geographic information service reasonably is a complex issue .In this paper , by stochastically collecting the OWS addresses delivered on the Internet , and based on the monitoring model developed according to standard features of OGC , we implement a real-time and dynamic monitoring on the collected OWS research samples on the availability , stability, response time and service quality of their shared data, and analyse the quality and application status of the OGC geographic information service publishing and sharing currently . Simultaneously , the correlation between the quality of geographic information services and their regional positions is discussed as well .
