某矿Ⅳ1专用回风道受上煤层工作面开采形成的孤岛煤柱影响,巷道变形破坏剧烈,严重影响矿井安全生产。根据此巷道地质条件,运用FLAC2D数值模拟软件,分析了巷道与煤柱不同空间位置关系时所受底板应力影响。结合数值模拟结果及现场实际勘察情况,提出了差异化支护技术方案,并进行现场工业性实验。实测结果表明,支护后巷道变形得到有效地控制。

Under the influence of island coal pillar which forms by the upper coal seam working face was mine, a mineⅣ1 special return airway was damaged,seriously affected the mine safety production.According to the geolog-ical conditions of the roadway,using FLAC2D numerical simulation software,analyzed the affect of floor stress when roadway and coal pillar were at the different space position.Combined with the results of numerical simulation and ac-tual situation,put forward the differentiation support technology specifically,carried out the industrial test.The meas-ured result of supporting roadway showed that the tunnel deformation was controlled effectively.
