由于油页岩反应炉在工作时,内部发生的物理和化学变化以及动力学过程极其复杂,而传统手段很难准确快速地实现料面温度场仿真。针对该问题,提出了一种基于数据融合的油页岩反应炉料面温度场智能仿真方法。该方法首先从工艺机理的角度分析了油页岩反应炉红外热像、十字测温信息以及与实际料面温度场之间的数值关系,然后在充分使用油页岩反应炉十字测温信息的基础上,通过基于两点法的分区域动态温度定标方法对红外图像进行温度场的模拟。实验结果显示,该方法具有较好的泛化能力和较高的精确度,能够快速有效地实现油页岩反应炉内部料面温度场的自动化和可视化检测。

Due to the complexity of internal physical and chemical changes together with the dynamic process when the oil shale reaction furnace is working, it is difficult to utilize the traditional means to realize burden surface temperature field simulation. Aiming at this problem, this paper proposed an intelligent data fusion method of the oil shale reaction furnace burden surface temperature field simulation. Firstly this method has analyzed the numerical relationship among infrared thermal image of the oil shale reaction furnace, cross temperature information and the actual surface temperature field. Then the simulation of infrared image of temperature field is realized with the two point regional dynamic temperature calibration method based on full uses for oil shale reaction furnace cross temperature information, The experimental results show that this method has better generalization ability and high accuracy, which can quickly and effectively realize the automation and visual measurement of the oil shale surface temperature field inside the reaction furnace.
