结合多年的“痿病”篇教学经验总结有以下几点：提倡以病例为中心的教学方法；引入西医解剖学理论；结合必要的检查明确诊断；运用中医理论解析“痿病”；充分讲解中西医结合的治疗方法。认为必须要让学生认识到“痿病”是一种难治病，让学生能够在今后的学习以及临床过程中，思索“痿病”的西医病理生理、中医的病因病机，思索如何通过中医的宏观理论、结合西医的微观领域，如何采用现代化科学的手段，走中西医结合治疗“痿病”的道路。

Based on many years of "atrophy disease", this paper summarizes teaching experience as follows. We should promote case-centered teaching methods, introduce Western anatomy theory, combine the necessary checks to confirm the di-agnosis; apply Chinese Medicine theory to analyze "atrophy disease" and fully explain Integrative therapies, in order to help students to understand that the "atrophy disease" is a difficult medical treatment, so that students can learn Western medicine pathophysiology and Chinese medicine pathogenesis of "atrophy disease" in the clinical course, think about that how to treat "atrophy disease" by combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine with modern scientific means, according to Chi-nese Medicine macroeconomic theory and Western medicine microscopic field.
