目的:了解中医院校医学生对医院感染知识的掌握程度、行为遵行程度及课程建议。方法:采用自编问卷,对在中医院校部分学生及附属医院的部分实习生进行调查。结果:中医院校医学生医院院感知识掌握的平均分为28.25分(满分52分);对医院感染态度平均分为13.20分(满分24分);行为遵循程度平均分14.19分(满分24分)。不同专业、学历对KAP得分有影响,实习与否不会影响KAP得分。结论:中医院校医学生掌握的医院感染知识较低,因此,加强中医院校的学校教学、入院及入科培训、带教老师教学、考核及监测很有必要。

목적:료해중의원교의학생대의원감염지식적장악정도、행위준행정도급과정건의。방법:채용자편문권,대재중의원교부분학생급부속의원적부분실습생진행조사。결과:중의원교의학생의원원감지식장악적평균분위28.25분(만분52분);대의원감염태도평균분위13.20분(만분24분);행위준순정도평균분14.19분(만분24분)。불동전업、학력대KAP득분유영향,실습여부불회영향KAP득분。결론:중의원교의학생장악적의원감염지식교저,인차,가강중의원교적학교교학、입원급입과배훈、대교로사교학、고핵급감측흔유필요。
Objective: To learn the nosocomial infection knowledge, the degree of obeying behavior and course advice of medical students in Chinese Medicine college. Methods: Using self-designed questionnaire to do a survey among part of the students in traditional Chinese medicine college and its affiliated hospitals. Results: The average score of nosocomial infection knowledge of the medical students in Chinese Medicine College is 28.25 (full mark is 52); the average score of attitude of nosocomial infection is 13.20(full mark is 24); the average score of behavior of obeying degree is 14.19(full mark is 24). Dif-ferent majors and degrees have influence on the score of KAP, practice or not will not affect the score of KAP. Conclusion:The degree of mastering the nosocomial infection knowledge in traditional Chinese medicine college is low; therefore, it is nec-essary to strengthen the school education, the training of entering into the hospital and the department, the teaching of clinical teachers, assessment and monitoring.
