目的：分析探讨了甲状腺术后咳嗽咳痰行穴位刺激法治疗的临床疗效及护理措施。方法选取80例甲状腺切除术患者作为研究对象，按照数字抽签法将其随机分为研究组与对照组，每组40例，对照组患者术后给予沐舒坦静滴治疗，研究组患者在对照组治疗的基础上行穴位刺激治疗，比较两组患者术后咳嗽咳痰病症缓解效果。结果术后第3天研究组治疗有效率为90.0%，对照组治疗有效率为70.0%，研究组治疗效果明显优于对照组（P＜0.05），组间比较有统计学意义。结论穴位刺激法治疗甲状腺切除术后咳嗽咳痰具有显著的治疗效果，结合系统的护理干预进一步提升患者生活质量，推进患者康复进程。
