目的:观察摩罗丹联合维生素B12治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床疗效。方法:将112例CAG患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各56例。治疗组给予口服摩罗丹联合维生素B12治疗,对照组给予口服维酶素联合维生素B12治疗。2组均以3个月为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后评价疗效。结果:痊愈率治疗组为10.71%,对照组为3.57%,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组为96.43%,对照组为78.57%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率治疗组为35.71%,对照组为39.29%,2组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:摩罗丹联合维生素B12治疗CAG疗效显著。

목적:관찰마라단연합유생소B12치료만성위축성위염(CAG)적림상료효。방법:장112례CAG환자수궤분위치료조、대조조각56례。치료조급여구복마라단연합유생소B12치료,대조조급여구복유매소연합유생소B12치료。2조균이3개월위1개료정,치료1개료정후평개료효。결과:전유솔치료조위10.71%,대조조위3.57%,2조상비차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。총유효솔치료조위96.43%,대조조위78.57%,2조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。불량반응발생솔치료조위35.71%,대조조위39.29%,2조상비차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론:마라단연합유생소B12치료CAG료효현저。
Objective:To discuss therapeutic effects of MoLuoDan and vitamin B12 in treating chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG). Method:All 112 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The treat-ment group oral MoLuoDan and vitamin B12, the control group were administered with WeiMeiSu tablets and vitamin B12. Three months were one course of treatment, clinical efficacy was assessed after one course of treatment. Result:Cure rate of the treatment group was 10.71%, superior to 3.57%of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). Total effective rates of both groups were 96.43% and 78.57%, the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction in the treatment group was 35.71%, lower than 39.29%of the control group, the difference between both groups had no statistical meaning (P>0.05). Conclusion:MoLuoDan and vitamin B12 are effective in treating CAG.
