目的:观察金关片的镇痛抗炎作用。方法:采用大鼠辐射热刺激实验、小鼠热板法实验、小鼠醋酸扭体实验来观察金关片的镇痛作用,采用小鼠毛细血管通透性实验、小鼠白细胞游走实验、角叉菜胶致小鼠足肿胀实验、小鼠棉球肉芽肿实验、大鼠巴豆性气囊肿实验、大鼠胸膜炎实验观察金关片的抗炎作用,采用小鼠肾上腺质量和维生素C含量测定金关片对肾上腺皮脂功能的影响。结果:金关片高、低剂量组均能提高大鼠辐射热刺激痛阈值,提高小鼠热板法痛阈值,抑制醋酸致小鼠扭体反应,抑制小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高,抑制小鼠白细胞游走,减轻角叉菜胶致小鼠足肿胀的程度,抑制小鼠棉球肉芽肿的形成,抑制大鼠巴豆性气囊肿的形成,减少大鼠胸膜腔中白细胞的数量。金关片组大鼠肾上腺内维生素C含量明显低于空白组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:金关片具有良好的镇痛抗炎作用,且与增强肾上腺皮质功能有关。

목적:관찰금관편적진통항염작용。방법:채용대서복사열자격실험、소서열판법실험、소서작산뉴체실험래관찰금관편적진통작용,채용소서모세혈관통투성실험、소서백세포유주실험、각차채효치소서족종창실험、소서면구육아종실험、대서파두성기낭종실험、대서흉막염실험관찰금관편적항염작용,채용소서신상선질량화유생소C함량측정금관편대신상선피지공능적영향。결과:금관편고、저제량조균능제고대서복사열자격통역치,제고소서열판법통역치,억제작산치소서뉴체반응,억제소서복강모세혈관통투성증고,억제소서백세포유주,감경각차채효치소서족종창적정도,억제소서면구육아종적형성,억제대서파두성기낭종적형성,감소대서흉막강중백세포적수량。금관편조대서신상선내유생소C함량명현저우공백조(P<0.05혹P<0.01)。결론:금관편구유량호적진통항염작용,차여증강신상선피질공능유관。
Objective:To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of jinguan tablets in mice and SD rats.Methods:The analgesic effect of jinguan tablets was observed by rat radiant heat stimulation experiment,mice hot plate test and mice acetic acid writhing Test.Its anti-inlfammatory effect was investigated by mice capillary permeability experiment,mice leukocyte migration experiment,carrageenan-induced mice paw swelling experiment,mice granuloma experiment,rats croton gas cysts experiment and rat pleurisy experiment.Mice adrenal weight and vitamin C content were measured to observe the effects of jinguan tablets on adrenal gland sebum.Results:Jinguan tablets could significantly improve rat radiant heat stimulation pain threshold,increase mouse hot-plate test pain threshold,inhibit acetic acid-induced writhing,peritoneal capillary permeability and leukocyte migration,mitigate the extent of the carrageenan-induced paw swelling,inhibit the formation of granuloma and the formation of croton gas cysts,and reduce the number of white blood cells in the pleural cavity. The adrenal vitamin C content in jinguan tablets group was signiifcantly lower than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Jinguan tablets had obvious analgesic and anti-inlfammatory effects,and was related to the enhancement of adrenal cortex.
