目的：研究并分析关节镜清理加胫骨高位截骨固定术治疗膝骨关节炎并膝内翻畸形的临床疗效。方法：膝骨关节炎并膝内翻畸形患者30例，按就诊顺序分为治疗组20例和对照组10例。对照组运用传统手术治疗，治疗组运用关节镜清理加胫骨高位截骨固定术治疗，比较两组患者的优良率与不良反应发生率。结果：治疗组优9例，良5例，优良率占70%，不良反应发生率占5%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：膝骨关节炎并膝内翻畸形的患者，运用关节镜清理加胫骨高位截骨固定术进行治疗极为有效，安全可行。

목적：연구병분석관절경청리가경골고위절골고정술치료슬골관절염병슬내번기형적림상료효。방법：슬골관절염병슬내번기형환자30례，안취진순서분위치료조20례화대조조10례。대조조운용전통수술치료，치료조운용관절경청리가경골고위절골고정술치료，비교량조환자적우량솔여불량반응발생솔。결과：치료조우9례，량5례，우량솔점70%，불량반응발생솔점5%，량조비교，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：슬골관절염병슬내번기형적환자，운용관절경청리가경골고위절골고정술진행치료겁위유효，안전가행。
Objective:To study the curative effect of arthroscopic debridement combined with high tibial osteotomy and ifxation in the treatment of osteoarthritis of knee with varus deformity.Methods:30 cases of osteoarthritis of knee with varus deformity were randomly divided into the treatment group(20 cases) treated with arthroscopic debridement combined with high tibial osteotomy and ifxation and the control group (10 cases) treated with traditional operation,comparing the rates of good reaction and adverse reaction of the two groups.Results:The rate of good reaction of the treatment group was 70%with 9 excellent cases and 5 good cases,and the rate of adverse reaction was 5%compared with the control group,the difference being statistically signiifcant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It was safe and effective to treat osteoarthritis of knee with varus deformity with arthroscopic debridement combined with high tibial osteotomy and ifxation.
