目的:探讨不同金属卡环作用于钴铬合金全冠时固位力变化规律。方法:制作模拟天然牙外形的钴铬合金冠和钴铬合金卡环、纯钛卡环的标准试件,分2组进行2000次反复脱位和就位实验,测试比较脱位力峰值的衰减曲线。结果:附着体初始固位力纯钛卡环为(14.12±0.35)N,钴铬合金卡环为(10.28±0.40)N,2组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。2组卡环附着体经2000次摘戴固位力均有不同程度衰减,纯钛卡环附着体与钴铬合金卡环附着体固位力衰减趋势比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:钴铬合金卡环、纯钛卡环在钴铬合金全冠上,均能提供足够的固位力,衰减剧烈程度纯钛卡环组小于钴铬卡环组。

목적:탐토불동금속잡배작용우고락합금전관시고위력변화규률。방법:제작모의천연아외형적고락합금관화고락합금잡배、순태잡배적표준시건,분2조진행2000차반복탈위화취위실험,측시비교탈위력봉치적쇠감곡선。결과:부착체초시고위력순태잡배위(14.12±0.35)N,고락합금잡배위(10.28±0.40)N,2조비교차이현저(P<0.05)。2조잡배부착체경2000차적대고위력균유불동정도쇠감,순태잡배부착체여고락합금잡배부착체고위력쇠감추세비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:고락합금잡배、순태잡배재고락합금전관상,균능제공족구적고위력,쇠감극렬정도순태잡배조소우고락잡배조。
Objective: To explore change rules of the retention when different mental clasp worked on cobalt-chromium alloy crown. Method:The Cobalt-chromium alloy crown copying teeth, standard test specimen of cobalt-chromium alloy clasp and pure titanium clasp were made and divided into two groups, they were dislocated and located in 2 000 times repeatedly, attenuation curve of dislocation peak value was tested and compared. Result:Attachment initial retention force of pure titanium was (14.12 ±0.35)N, and the force of cobalt-chromium alloy clasp (10.28±0.40)N, the difference was significant(P<0.05). Retention force of clasp attachment was attenuated to differ-ent degrees after wearing and taking off for 2 000 times, the difference had statistical meaning in the tendency of re-tention force attenuation when pure titanium clasp attachment was compared with cobalt-chromium clasp attachment (P<0.05). Conclusion:Cobalt-chromium alloy clasp and pure titanium clasp could provide enough retention on the cobalt-chromium alloy crown, pure titanium group is lower than cobalt-chromium clasp group in the severity of at-tenuation.
