目的：探讨银杏酮酯滴丸治疗急性冠脉综合征的临床疗效。方法：选择2011年7月-2013年12月笔者所在医院收治的92例急性冠脉综合征患者，随机分为治疗组49例和对照组43例，治疗组给予银杏酮酯滴丸治疗，对照组给予常规药物硝酸异山梨酯片治疗。连续治疗8周，观察疗效。结果：在心绞痛改善情况方面，治疗组总有效率为89.80%，显著高于对照组的65.12%；在心电图改善情况方面，治疗组总有效率为77.55%，显著高于对照组的53.49%；治疗组血流变改善情况也显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：应用银杏酮酯滴丸治疗急性冠脉综合征，其疗效可靠，患者耐受性好，具有极大的推广应用价值。
목적：탐토은행동지적환치료급성관맥종합정적림상료효。방법：선택2011년7월-2013년12월필자소재의원수치적92례급성관맥종합정환자，수궤분위치료조49례화대조조43례，치료조급여은행동지적환치료，대조조급여상규약물초산이산리지편치료。련속치료8주，관찰료효。결과：재심교통개선정황방면，치료조총유효솔위89.80%，현저고우대조조적65.12%；재심전도개선정황방면，치료조총유효솔위77.55%，현저고우대조조적53.49%；치료조혈류변개선정황야현저우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론：응용은행동지적환치료급성관맥종합정，기료효가고，환자내수성호，구유겁대적추엄응용개치。
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of Ginkgo Biloba Extract Dripping Pill in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome. Method:92 cases with acute coronary syndrome in author’s hospital from July 2011 to December 2013 were selected,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group received the Ginkgo Biloba Extract Dripping Pill treatment,the control group was given routine drug of Isosorbide Mononitrate Tablets treatment.The patients of two groups were treated for 8 weeks in duration,the curative effect was observed.Result:In the improvement of angina,the total efficiency rate of treatment group was 89.80%,significantly higher than the control group with 65.12%.In the improvement of ECG,the total efficiency rate of treatment group was 77.55%,significantly higher than the control group with 53.49%.The blood rheology improve of treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Ginkgo Biloba Extract Dripping Pill in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome, its curative effect is reliable,patients’tolerance is good,has great application value.
