Distal Radial racture in Children%plint fixation%Cast fixation%Manipulative reduction
目的：对比小儿桡骨远端青枝骨折或横行骨折夹板固定与石膏固定的疗效。方法：夹板组24例用夹板固定，石膏组22例用石膏固定，4周后拆除固定，并进行避免诱发损伤的功能锻炼2周（共6周），最后测量相关活动度及评分值。结果：46例完成6周随访，两组腕关节活动度、前臂旋转活动度、握力、上肢功能评定（DisabilitiesoftheArm，ShoulderandHand，DASH）和Gartland-Werley腕关节评分值差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：小儿桡骨远端青枝骨折或横行骨折夹板固定与石膏固定比较腕关节活动度、握力与对侧百分比无差异，腕关节功能评分无差异。

목적：대비소인뇨골원단청지골절혹횡행골절협판고정여석고고정적료효。방법：협판조24례용협판고정，석고조22례용석고고정，4주후탁제고정，병진행피면유발손상적공능단련2주（공6주），최후측량상관활동도급평분치。결과：46례완성6주수방，량조완관절활동도、전비선전활동도、악력、상지공능평정（DisabilitiesoftheArm，ShoulderandHand，DASH）화Gartland-Werley완관절평분치차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론：소인뇨골원단청지골절혹횡행골절협판고정여석고고정비교완관절활동도、악력여대측백분비무차이，완관절공능평분무차이。
Objective:To compare the clinical effects a Splint and of a Cast in treatment of Children with a minimally angulated greenstick or transverse fracture of the distal part of the radius.Methods:The devices were worn for 4 weeks,and patients were advised to avoid injury-inducing activities for a further 2 weeks.Follow-up at 6-week.Results:46 in 50 children completed follow-up.The Disabilities of the Arm,Shoulder and Hand (DASH),Gartland-Werley,range of motion and grip strength were used to compare wrist function in follow-up.These ratings were not significant difference in statistically.Conclusion:In children with a minimally angulated greenstick or transverse fracture of the distal part of the radius,a wrist splint was as effective as a cast for recovery of physical function.
