目的：观察中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水水热蕴结证的临床疗效。方法：100例随机分为两组，治疗组49例给予茵陈四苓散加减和常规西药治疗，对照组51例只用常规西药治疗，疗程均为20天，观察两组治疗前后临床症状、肝肾功、腹水变化。结果：治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为98.0%和78.4%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：茵陈四苓散加减治疗肝硬化腹水水热蕴结证疗效显著。
목적：관찰중서의결합치료간경화복수수열온결증적림상료효。방법：100례수궤분위량조，치료조49례급여인진사령산가감화상규서약치료，대조조51례지용상규서약치료，료정균위20천，관찰량조치료전후림상증상、간신공、복수변화。결과：치료조화대조조총유효솔분별위98.0%화78.4%，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：인진사령산가감치료간경화복수수열온결증료효현저。
Objective:Observation of Artemisia four Ling powder modified the treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis water heat retention syndrome clinical curative effect.Methods:100 cases of ascites due to cirrhosis hydrothermal retention syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups,49 cases in treatment group treated with Herba Artemisiae Scopariae four water chestnuts powder the addition and subtraction and conventional drug therapy,51 cases in the control group only treated with conventional drug therapy,the treatment course is 20d,observe 2 groups of patients with clinical symptoms,liver,ascites changes.Results:the treatment group and the control group with efficiencies were respectively 98.0% and 78.4%,there was significant difference between 2 groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Artemisia four Ling powder modified the treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis hydrothermal accumulate evidence of significant.
