目的:探讨透明质酸(H A )与羟乙基淀粉(H ES )联合作用下,大鼠腹腔粘连组织中转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的表达情况。方法:建立大鼠术后肠粘连模型,20只SD大鼠随机分成4组:假性粘连组、生理盐水对照组、透明质酸与羧甲基纤维素(HA-CMC)对照组和 HA-HES实验组。用 HE染色方法观察腹膜粘连程度以及用免疫组化的方法检测组织中TGF-β1和TNF-α的表达情况。结果:HA-HES实验组粘连分级及粘连发生率比生理盐水组和HA-CMC对照组明显减轻,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:HA-HES防粘连剂能够明显减轻术后腹腔粘连程度,抑制术后腹膜损伤部位TGF-β1及TNF-α的表达。

목적:탐토투명질산(H A )여간을기정분(H ES )연합작용하,대서복강점련조직중전화생장인자β1(TGF-β1)、종류배사인자α(TNF-α)적표체정황。방법:건립대서술후장점련모형,20지SD대서수궤분성4조:가성점련조、생리염수대조조、투명질산여최갑기섬유소(HA-CMC)대조조화 HA-HES실험조。용 HE염색방법관찰복막점련정도이급용면역조화적방법검측조직중TGF-β1화TNF-α적표체정황。결과:HA-HES실험조점련분급급점련발생솔비생리염수조화HA-CMC대조조명현감경,차이현저(P<0.05)。결론:HA-HES방점련제능구명현감경술후복강점련정도,억제술후복막손상부위TGF-β1급TNF-α적표체。
Objective:In Hyaluronic acid (HA) and Hydroxyethyl starch (HES) mixed effect ,studying rat peritoneal adhesion organization transformation growth factor β1 (TGF-β1 ) and Tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) expression .Methods :Establish rats postoperative bowel adhesion model ,20 only SD rats random into four groups :pseudo adhesion group ,physiological saline control group , HA-CMC control group and HA-HES experimental group .With HE dyeing methods observed peritoneal adhesion degree and immunohistochemical method inspect the organization expression of TGF-β1 and TNF-α.Results :The classification and adhesion of HA-HES experimental group significantly reduce than physiological saline control group and HA-CMC control group ,significant difference (P<0 .05) .Conclusion :HA-HES anti-adhesion agent can significantly reduce postoperative peritoneal adhesion de-gree ,inhibit postoperative peritoneal injury site expression of TGF-β1 and TNF-α.
