初步研究了选区激光熔化成形TC4钛合金的电子束焊接性。试验采用中压电子束对4mm厚试片进行焊接。焊后采用光学显微镜、显微硬度计、拉伸试验机评价了接头的显微组织和力学性能。选区激光熔化TC4焊缝与板材焊缝类似,接头的抗拉强度为1278MPa,达到母材90%以上。
初步研究瞭選區激光鎔化成形TC4鈦閤金的電子束銲接性。試驗採用中壓電子束對4mm厚試片進行銲接。銲後採用光學顯微鏡、顯微硬度計、拉伸試驗機評價瞭接頭的顯微組織和力學性能。選區激光鎔化TC4銲縫與闆材銲縫類似,接頭的抗拉彊度為1278MPa,達到母材90%以上。
초보연구료선구격광용화성형TC4태합금적전자속한접성。시험채용중압전자속대4mm후시편진행한접。한후채용광학현미경、현미경도계、랍신시험궤평개료접두적현미조직화역학성능。선구격광용화TC4한봉여판재한봉유사,접두적항랍강도위1278MPa,체도모재90%이상。
In this paper, the elctron beam weldability of selective laser meltded TC4 titanium alloys was investigated preliminarily. The optical microscope, microhardness and tensile test were used in analysted the characteristic of the elctron beam welded joint. The well electron beam weldability was shown from the analysis results. The tensile strengh of selective laser melted TC4 joints was 1278MPa.
