从自组织理论出发,结合系统论,对技术转移系统进行解析,分析其内部自组织特性。以序参量的驱动机制为主线,构建了我国技术转移系统协同演化路径模型。运用复合系统协同度模型对我国技术转移系统协同演化所处的阶段进行识别。结果表明,我国技术转移系统的协同演化水平整体偏低,处于各子系统协同发展阶段,其根源在于技术扩散、技术中介两个子系统有序度较低且波动性较强。最后,提出具有针对性的政策建议,以进一步提升我国技术转移能力。

Based on self-organization theory and system theory, the paper analyzes the deconstruction and self-orga-nization characteristic of technology transfer system. Then, by taking the drive mechanism of the order parameter as the main line, it constructs a model of co-evolution path of technology transfer system in China. On this ba-sis, it identifies the stage of the co-evolution of technology transfer system in China through composite system co-ordination degree model. The results show that the level of co-evolution of technology transfer system is low, and in collaborative development stage of each subsystem, because of the low volatility of technology diffusion and technology intermediary subsystems. Finally, it proposes policy recommendations for policymakers to further en-hance technology transfer capacity.
