综放面顺槽采空区后方顶板受锚固力的作用不能及时垮落,易形成大面积悬顶和瓦斯积聚,严重制约了煤矿的安全高效生产。TMQ400型快速退锚装置可以使回采面两端头锚索快速退锚,减少材料消耗。以国阳二矿为背景,介绍了综放工作面快速退锚装置的工作原理、退锚及放顶工艺,通过现场应用,实现了80906工作面的安全高效生产。
