为了提高电能表的抄表时效性和准确度,设计了分布式电能表远程智能抄表系统,系统主要由数据管理中心、小区数据聚集节点、电能表终端和传输网络组成。电能终端表通过电能计量芯片ADE7755输出的脉冲核算用户的用电量,经过RS485总线发送到小区数据汇聚节点;小区数据汇聚节点将接收到的用户ID和电量数据打包,通过GPRS网络与数据管理中心建立的TCP/IP连接上传;数据管理中心主要负责对各家各户的用电量信息汇总、核算电费和发送催缴短息等。经过实验表明,系统能够实时准确获取用户用电量信息,也可对欠费用户在远程控制断电操作,实现了对分布式用户的集中管理,大大提高了电企的智能自动化管理水平。

In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of energy meter reading, the distributed intelligent remote meter read-ing system composed of data management center, data gathered nodes, meter terminals and transmission networks is designed. The meter terminals account user's electricity consumption through the pulses from energy metering IC ADE7755 meter, and sent them to data gathered node by RS485. The data gathered nodes collect and pack the consumed power data with consumer ID, and upload to data management center by the TCP/IP connection between data gathered node and data management center through GPRS net-work. The data management centre is in charge of collecting, accounting and sending payment SMS. The experimental results show that the system can accurately get power consumption information in real-time, and remotely cut off the power connection of users without payment which implements centralized management of distributed users, greatly improving the intelligent automation man-agement level for electricity enterprises.
