感染性疾病科以治疗肝炎疾病、呼吸道发热疾病、肠道疾病、艾滋病等疾病为主的科室，由于感染性疾病具有一定的传染性，增加了其他患者和医护人员的风险。近年来，由于“非典”、人禽流行性感冒等重大疾病的流行，我们国家对传染性疾病的重视程度大大增强，特别是“非典”之后，人们对传染病的危害性有了深刻的认识。因此，对医疗护理方面提出了更高的要求，特别是护理工作，直接接触患者的各种分泌物、代谢物等，如何降低护理风险成为目前值得探讨的问题。笔者结合工作实际和有关文献报道对护理工作中潜在的危险因素进行分析，并提出了相关的相关预防措施。

In the department of infectious diseases,the main diseases are hepatitis disease,febrile disease of respiratory tract, intestinal diseases,AIDS and so on.Because infectious diseases have certain infectivity,and this increases the risk of other patients and medical staff.In recent years,because of the "SARS",human avian influenza and other major diseases,our country pay more attention to the infectious diseases,especially after the "SARS".People have a deep understanding of the harm of infectious disease.Therefore,this puts forward higher requirements for medical care,especially in nursing work,nursing staff have direct contact with various secretions,metabolites.How to reduce nursing risks become the problem that is worth to discuss.We analyze the potential risk factors in nursing work combined with practical work and related documents,and put forward some preventive measures.
