目的：探讨自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的护理效果。方法：110例(132眼)翼状胬肉患者手术前后进行心理护理，并结合局部使用抗生素眼药，术后采用早期冰敷止痛等术后治疗进行相应的护理。结果：翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植手术后患者疼痛减轻，结膜充血时间缩短，术后恢复快，患者满意度增加。结论：自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的患者围手术期采取系统的护理措施，可明显缓解紧张情绪、保持较好的心理状态，有助于减轻术后疼痛，有效防止术后感染，大大降低了术后并发症发生率及复发率。
목적：탐토자체각막연간세포이식치료익상노육적호리효과。방법：110례(132안)익상노육환자수술전후진행심리호리，병결합국부사용항생소안약，술후채용조기빙부지통등술후치료진행상응적호리。결과：익상노육절제연합자체각막연간세포이식수술후환자동통감경，결막충혈시간축단，술후회복쾌，환자만의도증가。결론：자체각막연간세포이식치료익상노육적환자위수술기채취계통적호리조시，가명현완해긴장정서、보지교호적심리상태，유조우감경술후동통，유효방지술후감염，대대강저료술후병발증발생솔급복발솔。
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing countermeasures of autologous corneal limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of pterygium.Methods:110 cases(132 eyes) with pterygium received psychological nursing before and after operation, and received the corresponding nursing for the postoperative treatment,such as topical antibiotic eyedrop,the early ice compress for pain and so on.Results:After the operation of pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation,the pain of cases was reduced.Conjunctival congestion time was shortened.Postoperative recovery was fast.Patient satisfaction was increased.Conclusion:The application of systematic nursing measures for patients with pterygium treated with autologous corneal limbal stem cell transplantation,can significantly ease the tension,maintain good mental state,help to reduce postoperative pain, effectively prevent postoperative infection,and greatly reduce the complications and recurrence rate after operation.
