Based on the ubiquitous information society, the author elaborates on the connotation and research progress of the human intelli-gence network, and proposes that the intelligence individual, intelligence family and intelligence clan are the three elements, and the rela-tionship value and exchange value are the core values of human intelligence network. Finally, the author identifies and describes the three construction modes and the three types of classification methods of human intelligence network as well as the practical significances of the three aspects.
