针对变换工序ABC汽提系统含硫、含氨污水处理现状及其存在的问题进行分析,在此基础上实施了多次技术改造,将污水送至污水处理站、气化磨煤、气化真空闪蒸、工艺冷凝液泵入口、汽提塔,消除了污水对氨法脱硫装置的影响,尤其是将污水送至工艺冷凝液泵入口后基本解决了含硫、含氨污水处理难的问题。
針對變換工序ABC汽提繫統含硫、含氨汙水處理現狀及其存在的問題進行分析,在此基礎上實施瞭多次技術改造,將汙水送至汙水處理站、氣化磨煤、氣化真空閃蒸、工藝冷凝液泵入口、汽提塔,消除瞭汙水對氨法脫硫裝置的影響,尤其是將汙水送至工藝冷凝液泵入口後基本解決瞭含硫、含氨汙水處理難的問題。

The paper analyzes situation and existing problems of sulfur-containing and ammonia-containing wastewater treatment in transformation process ABC steam stripping system, on this basis, we carry out a number of technological improvement, eliminating the effects of sewage on ammonia desulfurization devices after sending sewage to sewage treatment station, gasification grinding coal, gasification vacuum flash, process condensate pump inlet and stripper, especially after sending sewage to process condensate pump inlet which basically solve problem of sulfur-containing and ammonia-containing wastewater.
