以 FeCl3和 Na2SiO3为原料制得聚硅酸氯化铁(PFSC),再与羧甲基壳聚糖(CMC)复合,获得低成本、高絮凝能力的新型无机-有机复合胶体,并将其用作絮凝剂,探讨了其投加量以及温度、pH、絮凝时间等工艺条件对电镀废水中六价铬去除率的影响。结果表明:室温下加入600 mL/L复合胶体絮凝1 h时, Cr(VI)去除率达到99.75%以上。与单一絮凝剂相比,该复合絮凝剂投加量少,絮凝时间短,pH范围广。

Poly-silicic-ferric chloride (PFSC) was prepared from FeCl3 and Na2SiO3, and then blended with carboxy-methyl chitosan (CMC) to synthesize a novel low-cost and high-performance inorganic-organic composite colloid as flocculant. The effects of the dosage of the composite colloid, temperature, pH, and treatment time on removal of Cr(VI) in electroplating wastewater were studied. The results showed that the removal rate of Cr(VI) reached >99.75% after flocculation with 600 mL/L composite colloid at room temperature for 1 h. The application of the composite flocculant has the advantages of less dosage, shorter flocculation time, and wider pH range as compared to using a single flocculant.
