在火力发电机组基建调试中,循环水系统的施工时间通常受气候、环境的制约,施工期长。为了不影响机组的调试进程,提出了一种在循环水系统不投运的情况下依然能开展其他系统调试的技术。应用于1000 MW超超临界燃煤机组的调试表明,使用这一技术可大大加快工程的调试进度,具有显著的经济和社会效益。

In capital construction commissioning of thermal power generating units , the construction time of circulating water system is often restricted by climate and environment , and the construction period is often quite long. In order not to affect the process of unit commissioning, the paper proposes a commissioning tech-nique for other systems under circumstance of non-operation of circulating water system. The commissioning of 1 000 MW ultra supercritical coal-fired units shows that the technique can speed up the commissioning and achieve significant social and economical benefits.
