目的探讨LAVA(快速容积成像)序列在子宫肌瘤经高强度聚集超声(hIFU)治疗后疗效评估中的价值。方法应用GE Signa hDe 1.5T超导型磁共振LAVA MASK(平扫)和LAVA动态增强技术,观察经hIFU治疗前后的83例子宫肌瘤患者(共117个肌瘤)病灶信号的变化,从而对治疗效果进行评价。结果106个肌瘤术后病灶信号发生明显改变,表现为凝固性坏死,LAVA MASK信号增高,LAVA动态增强扫描显示病灶血供明显减少;11个肌瘤术后病灶信号及LAVA MASK信号改变不大,LAVA动态增强扫描显示病灶血供未见明显改变。结论LAVA序列在子宫肌瘤经hIFU治疗后疗效评估中起着极其显著的作用。

목적탐토LAVA(쾌속용적성상)서렬재자궁기류경고강도취집초성(hIFU)치료후료효평고중적개치。방법응용GE Signa hDe 1.5T초도형자공진LAVA MASK(평소)화LAVA동태증강기술,관찰경hIFU치료전후적83례자궁기류환자(공117개기류)병조신호적변화,종이대치료효과진행평개。결과106개기류술후병조신호발생명현개변,표현위응고성배사,LAVA MASK신호증고,LAVA동태증강소묘현시병조혈공명현감소;11개기류술후병조신호급LAVA MASK신호개변불대,LAVA동태증강소묘현시병조혈공미견명현개변。결론LAVA서렬재자궁기류경hIFU치료후료효평고중기착겁기현저적작용。
Objective To discuss the value of LAVA (Liver Acceleration Volume Acquisition) sequence in evaluating effects of high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) on hysteromyoma. Methods LAVA MASK and LAVA enhanced-dynamic-scan were performed by gE Signa HDe 1.5T MR system on 83 patients with hysteromyoma (a total of 117 myomata) before and after HIFU to observe lesions signal and evaluate the effects of HIFU treatment. Results By analyzing the results, we found that signals of 106 myomata clearly changed and were characterized by coagulation necrosis, LAVA MASK signal increased, and LAVA enhanced-dynamic-scan displayed signiifcant decrease in blood-supply. Besides, the rest 11 myomata MRI signal showed littler change before and after HIFU treatment as well as LAVA MASK signal, LAVA enhanced-dynamic-scan displayed blood-supply not changes signiifcantly. Conclusion LAVA sequence plays a very important role on evaluating the effects of HIFU treatments.
