目的评价64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像(64SCTCA)在诊断冠状动脉疾病方面的临床价值。方法根据120例患者64SCTCA的完整资料,以冠状动脉造影结果为金标准进行对比。结果本实验共对840支冠状动脉进行对比性评估,经冠状动脉造影检测得出:64SCTCA总体敏感率96.7%;64SCTCA特异性率94.3%;64SCTCA假阳性率为6.6%;64SCTCA假阴性率3.2%。通过配对差方检验,P=0.054,因此,在发现冠状动脉病变上,64SCTCA和常规冠状动脉造影(CCA)两种检查方法没有统计学意义。结论64SCTCA是一种无创、快速的成像方法,对冠状动脉病变的诊断,具有较高的敏感性和特异性,可作为对冠心病的一种筛查手段应用于临床。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of 64-slice spiral CTCA (Computed Tomography Coronary Angiography) in the diagnosis of the coronary disease. Methods Complete coronary angiograms obtained by 64-slice CT from 120 patients were taken as the reference for comparisons with those of conventional CA (Coronary Angiography). Results Through study of the angiograms of 840 coronary arteries in this paper, results could be obtained as follows: the overall sensitivity. specificity, false positive rate and false negative rate of 64SCTCA (64-slice Spiral CTCA) was 96.7%, 94.3%, 6.6%and 3.2%respectively. As is tested by 2-relatedχ2, p=0.054. Therefore, statistical signiifcance did not exist between 64SCTCA and CCA (Conventional Coronary Angiography) in the diagnosis of coronary artery diseases. Conclusion 64-slice Spiral CTCA, as a noninvasive and fast imaging technology with high sensitivity and speciifcity, could be applied in diagnosis of coronary artery diseases.
