This paper briefly introduces experience on theoretical teaching and experimental teaching of the course“food toxicology”, considering the practical problems encountered in the teaching process of the course“food toxicology” in Tibet colleges, combining with the learning characteristics of college students and the unique plateau environment in Tibet. Then put forward proposals for improving the teaching level and teaching effect of food toxicology, also for providing a good platform for training excellent talents of food in Tibet.
