采用自行设计的营养知识、态度、行为调查问卷,随机抽样某高校196名在校大学生。在校大学生营养知识平均及格率为85.9%,其中食品专业为95.3%,非食品专业为77.8%。饮食营养知识、态度、行为三者之间呈正相关(p<0.05);营养知识受专业、学历、生源影响较大;营养态度与行为受性别、生源影响较大。大学生对营养知识掌握情况普遍较好,其中食品专业学生营养知识掌握情况好于非食品专业学生。应加强大学生营养知识的宣传教育,提高营养态度和改善不健康的饮食行为,促进健康。

We adopte self-designed questionnaire about nutrition education, altitude, practice to random selected 196 undergraduates for some university. The average pass rate is 85.9%, but the people surveyed major in food is 95.3%, the rest 77.8%. Nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior have positively correlation (p<0.05) . Major and enducation background have a big effect in mastering nutrition knowledge, and altitude and practice have a big effect in age and gender. College students have a good knowledge of nutrition. Additionally, the condition of students majored in food is better than that of non-food professional students. We should enhance the related propaganda and education, change the altitude and unhealthy behavior to improve ours health.
