通过测定失质量率、硬度、可溶性固形物含量以及可滴定酸含量,研究香蕉在壳聚糖涂膜、保鲜膜包装、壳聚糖涂膜+保鲜膜包装等情况下贮藏的性能,并设置对照试验。结果表明,在壳聚糖涂膜+保鲜膜包装情况下的香蕉,其失质量率和可溶性固形物含量均较低、硬度和可滴定酸含量均较高,更有利于香蕉的贮藏。此外,1%的壳聚糖溶液对香蕉的保鲜效果最好。
通過測定失質量率、硬度、可溶性固形物含量以及可滴定痠含量,研究香蕉在殼聚糖塗膜、保鮮膜包裝、殼聚糖塗膜+保鮮膜包裝等情況下貯藏的性能,併設置對照試驗。結果錶明,在殼聚糖塗膜+保鮮膜包裝情況下的香蕉,其失質量率和可溶性固形物含量均較低、硬度和可滴定痠含量均較高,更有利于香蕉的貯藏。此外,1%的殼聚糖溶液對香蕉的保鮮效果最好。
통과측정실질량솔、경도、가용성고형물함량이급가적정산함량,연구향초재각취당도막、보선막포장、각취당도막+보선막포장등정황하저장적성능,병설치대조시험。결과표명,재각취당도막+보선막포장정황하적향초,기실질량솔화가용성고형물함량균교저、경도화가적정산함량균교고,경유리우향초적저장。차외,1%적각취당용액대향초적보선효과최호。
Experiment by measuring weight loss rate, hardness, soluble solids content, titratable acid content, bananas are studied in the chitosan film, cling film packaging, coating and plastic wrap packing and storage performance of the three situations, and set the control experiment. Results show that the chitosan coating and plastic wrap packing of bananas, the weightlessness rate and soluble solids content are low, hardness and titratable acid content is higher, more conducive to the storage of banana. In addition, 1%concentration of chitosan solution to best effect of preservation of banana.
