以60~80目的GDX-102填充柱作为色谱柱,以高纯氦气作为载气,建立润滑油中微量水含量的气相色谱分析方法,探讨该方法对微量水分分析的线性相关性和准确性。实验表明,在选定的色谱条件下,可以对润滑油中微量水分进行快速、准确的测定;当润滑油水的质量分数为0.02%~0.1%时,气相色谱分析的相对误差小于5%,回收率为98.8%~104.9%,线性相关系数为0.9992。该方法可用于工业上在用润滑油微量水分的快速、准确测定。

A gas chromatographic method used in lubricating oil moisture content determination was established using GDX-102 packed column with the size 60~80 mesh as the gas chromatographic column,and the high purity helium as the carrier gas.The linear relationship and accuracy for moisture content in this method were examined.The experimental re-sults show that the method can be used for fast and accurate analysis of each lubricating oil sample.When the moisture content in lubricating oil is 0.02%~0.1%,the experimental relative error is below 5%,the recovery rate is 98.8%~104.9%,and the linear correlation coefficient is 0.999 2.Therefore,this method can be used in industrial online analysis.
