研制一种通用型可降解工程机械油。结合工程机械实际使用工况,采用聚α-烯烃(PAO)与癸二酸二辛酯复合作为基础油,具有较好的可降解性;利用人工神经网络算法,有针对性地对多种功能添加剂进行筛选和预测,并采用遗传算法对配方进行优化。实际应用表明,研制的通用油可满足工程机械中相关系统使用性能要求。

A universal biodegradable engineering machinery oil was developed.Combining with the actual working con-dition of engineering machinery,the compound base oil of poly-α-olefin(PAO)and dioctyl sebacate was adopted,which has a better biodegradation.The multiple functional additives were screened and predicted with the artificial neural network al-gorithm,the genetic algorithm was adopted to optimize the formula.The developed universal oil can satisfy the performance requirement of the related systems of engineering machinery in the field test.
