应用CFD软件建立密封气流力求解模型并验证计算结果的准确性;研究偏心、压比、转速、预旋对密封气流力的影响规律,得出密封切向气流力与径向气流力的产生机制。研究结果表明:密封切向气流力主要是由于密封内气流的周向流动而产生的,转速、预旋对切向力影响较大,切向气流力随转速,密封入口的正向预旋增加而增大;径向力主要是由于密封楔形间隙的气体轴承效应产生的,径向力随偏心率、进出口压比的增加而增大;偏心转子密封周向楔形间隙内流体动压形成的气体轴承效应会加剧密封切向气流力,密封气体轴承效应是影响密封气流激振力的重要因素之一。提高同心度、降低转速及进出口压比会抑制密封气体轴承效应,提高密封稳定性;在密封入口加反预旋可以改善转子稳定性。

The fluid-induced force model in seal was set up using computational fluid dynamics software,and the accu-racy of the numerical results was verified.The effects of eccentricity,speed,pressure ratio and preswirl on fluid-induced force were investigated,the mechanism of fluid-induced force in seals was analyzed.Numerical results show that the tan-gential fluid-induced force mainly produce by circumferential flow in seals,speed and preswirl have a significant impact on tangential fluid-induced force,the tangential fluid-induced force is increased along with the speed and positive preswirl. Radial fluid-induced force mainly produce by gas bearing effect in wedge gap of seals,the radial fluid-induced force is in-creased along with the eccentricity and pressure ratio.The hydrodynamic lubrication produced by eccentric rotor wedge gap will generate gas bearing effect,the gas bearing effect will increase seal tangential air force.The gas bearing effect is one of the significant factors influencing air induce vibration in seal,which can be reduced by improvinge the concentricity,reduc-ing speed and pressure ratio.Negative inlet preswirl in seals can enhance the stability of the rotor.
