国家标准对电梯曳引钢丝绳张力均匀度有明确要求，如不符合要求，将影响到电梯的运行安全和质量。目前行业内缺乏有效的检测手段，主要采用弹簧秤人工检测，精度较差，人为因素影响较大。介绍了DGZ电梯钢丝绳张力均匀度测试仪，采用现代智能检测技术，以多路钢丝绳张力传感器和ARM嵌入式系统为核心，自动检测曳引绳张力均匀度，并支持在线调整，从而为电梯行业提供了一个有力的检测工具。

The evenness of elevator traction ropes tension is clearly required by national standards. The operation safety and quality of the elevator would be affected if the evenness does not meet the requirement. There is a lack of effective detecting method, and it is mainly measured manually using spring balance, which has a low precision and can be easily affected by human factor. The DGZ detector for evenness of elevator ropes tension introduced in this paper,using modern intelligent detecting technology,takes multi evenness sensors for elevator ropes tension and ARM embedded system as the core. It can measure evenness of elevator traction ropes tension automaticly, support online adjustment,and thereby provide an effective detecting instrument for elevator field.
